Time flies

I can't believe that I'm 21 weeks!!! Ever since the 2nd trimester has begun it seems time has flown by! I have been trying to enjoy every part of this pregnancy, but I must admit I can't wait to meet our little lady!!

I have been feeling great, tons of energy even with the little sleep I get a night! It's been a hard adjustment sleeping on my sides and not being allowed to sleep on my back, although sometimes I wake up on my back and realize that I slept GREAT!!

I finished the painting the nursery! That was quite an adventure! I wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect which is why it took me so long! But I love it! Now we just have to fill it up with the accessories! I ordered the light fixture to give it the "pop" of pink which added so much to the room (pic below). So stay tuned for the final product in the next month or two!

Last weekend we ventured out to do our registry since people were asking where we were registered already! So we figured why not just knock that out too! What an interesting adventure that was...my husband was in charge of the scan gun, which was like giving a kid a toy! He wanted to scan & play with everything! All in all it was a success...it's all finished!

Now we just have to find the pediatrician, sign up for our classes & enjoy these last few months!

She has been kicking/moving up a storm which is the coolest most weirdest feeling! I can't wait for her movement to get strong enough for my husband to feel her!

The biggest problem I have been having is numbing in my hands, especially my right...even as I type this it's going numb :( kinda makes it difficult for work since I use the computer all day! Owell! Other than that no complaints here!

19 week ultrasound

I can't believe how time has flown by!! Almost Half way there...yahoo!!!

Today we had our 19 week ultrasound at the high risk doctor since we were currently going there for the genetic testing. They did a whole lot
Of measuring...she was cooperative for the most part until the end when the tech went to measure her head. She had her head arched way back, so the tech had to do a lot of poking & prodding on my belly which was a little uncomfortable ;-) The doctor came in and reviewed the measurements & pics and everything looks perfect! Which was a HUGE relief! She did mention the baby is 10 ounces, which is an ounce larger for 19 weeks; 80th percentile! Basically she is not going to be a small baby, which I kinda already guessed ;) lol!

Just last week I started feeling her move which has been the best feeling in the entire world! I can't wait to
Meet this little lady!
